Shipping Policy

Order Processing: Jeanetics will process all paid orders within three (3) to four (4)  business days from the date the order was completed by the customer. Please note that business hours conclude at 7:00 PM EST and business week is considered Monday-Friday. We request that all shipping and billing information be provided for an order to be deemed complete.

Orders Shipping: Jeanetics will ship all processed orders within four (4) to five (5) business days from the processing end date. Once orders are shipped, the customer will receive a confirmation email that was provided during payment, with relevant tracking information. *Note: Jeanetics is not responsible nor will compensate for any shipping delays, lost or stolen orders. This includes but is not limited to cause by natural disaster, weather, or carrier delays unless deemed reasonable by Jeanetics sole discretion.*

Shipping rates are calculated by the current shipping rates provided by USPS. Jeanetics is not responsible for any additional incurred shipping costs after an order begins processing or at any stage beyond the first business day of processing.
